Sometimes I wish that hamburger buns were sold individually. For the people who aren’t feeding an entire family and just need a bun or two, what do we do with the leftovers? Well, your hamburger dilemma has been solved: mini pizzas! I discovered this one night when I was starving but had a VERY limited amount of ingredients in the pantry. The best part about this is that it is super customizable and you can use just about anything. I used spaghetti sauce, baby spinach, chopped onion, yellow peppers, mozzarella cheese and red pepper flakes! Just dress up that sad little bun and pop it into the oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, and voila! It’s a pizza!
