Crowded areas. Huffing and puffing. Lifting weights next to ‘that guy.’ Do any of these fit your reasons for not wanting to go to the gym? A solid workout doesn’t have to include a monthly membership fee or heavy equipment. Seriously, though. If you have a pair of pumped up kicks, a set of free weights and a killer playlist — I’d say you’re already ahead of the game. Okay, having a yoga and/or medicine ball and a workout mat wouldn’t hurt either! I’m on a daily workout routine that’s working great for me; yes, it is in the gym. And yes, I do love the gym. But, what about the days when I”m just not feelin’ up for it, or when there just isn’t enough time in the day?
